A broodingly seductive nose of cherry compote, cola, Chanterelle mushrooms, white pepper and just a slightly jazzy/bright note of cranberry on the tail end. Medium feel with nicely integrated acidity and fine tannins, the black cherry notes come through elements of earth, clove and allspice. Organic and biodynamic.
