The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay blend characterizes the production of Classic Method sparkling wine in the Langhe and throughout Italy. The combination of these two grape varieties produces the characteristic structured, harmonious and ethereal bubbles of this type of wine. Both grapes, when harvested early, guarantee high acidity while reducing the sugar level. Chardonnay and Pinot Noir produce, thanks to their dual structure, a bubble with a savoury and persistent aroma, characterised by good acidity. Wine with a deep straw yellow hue, clear and brilliant and with a very fine and persistent perlage. Very intense aromatic expression with evident notes of yeast, bread crust, aromatic herbs, acacia flowers and honey.
