It's a clonal mutation of Sauvignon Blanc, turning pink as it approaches ripeness. This strain is part of our heritage vineyards since 1912. It's a complex, balanced wine with a palate that's full of flavor. A straw-yellow wine of low intensity, with aromas of lemon, white pear, green melon, fresh apricots, pineapple, and lemon blossom. The palate is medium-high in acidity, fresh, full-bodied, and offers tropical flavors and ripe citrus fruits.
