Our 2022 Walnut Wash Estate Petite Sirah has nice ink color, almost purple. The nose has a note of black cherries with a hint of black pepper. The palate is very dense with soft tannin and a long finish of red berries. It will pair perfectly with short ribs, Bolognese and smoked meats. While this wine drinks beautifully now it will continue to improve over the next decade.
