Maison Moussé's Cuvée l'Orage is a 100% Chardonnay extra-brut champagne from the 2021 harvest. The year 2021 was a terrible one: several spring frosts led to the loss of 40% of the harvest. Then came the storms, which created major outbreaks of mildew. Finally, a hailstorm affected half the vineyard. That year, 85% of the harvest was lost. After a few days of harvesting, a surge of solidarity began, and several winemaker friends came to help them create this unique cuvée, a 100% Chardonnay from 12 crus, dosed extra-brut (1.5g/l).
