Dark cherry with hints of shaved mocha. Luscious blackberry and dark cherry preserves with accents of toffee. Full bodied, with a rich, layered finish. The 2023 harvest in Paso Robles was later than usual, allowing the Cabernet Sauvignon to hang on the vines longer and develop bold flavor concentration. Aged 6-9 months on oak (30% new). Delicious with pepper steak and cherry pie.
