
This syrah was sourced by hand from a single vineyard trained in Gobelet style and barrel fermented and aged in French oak barrels. Delicate and elegant, it opens on a deep and harmonious nose of red and black licorice, with a lovely bouquet of dark plum, black cherry, roasted coffee beans, baking spice, sweet oak and dark chocolate. Silky tannins underlined with intense fruity flavours persist a long time at the end. This wine will pair perfectly with wild game and red meat dishes, spicy marinades, lamb, rich charcuterie, smoked aromas, black olives, pasta with tomato based sauce and mature cheeses.
