In the white Haut Salettes we find grape varieties that we do not find or very little in the Salettes: a blend of Vermentino, Marsanne, Viognier and Ugni Blanc. It was vinified in concrete eggs and aged in demi-muid to obtain aromatic finesse and freshness.
