The aroma of our 2021 Zinfandel centers on red raspberry, jammed dark fruit, cinnamon spice and clove. Hints of sliced ripe plum, black tea and lavender oil adds to its complexity. Flavors of blueberry, elderberry, and cranberry are enhanced with oak spice and baking notes from the barrels. These flavors marry with soft tannins for a long and mouthwatering finish.
WE 92 pts. This vibrant, firmly structured wine is built for further aging, as the tangy acidity and firming tannins need time to resolve. Raspberries, red cherries and cranberries are lifted by nervy tannins for a racy version of Zinfandel. Best from 2026–2032.
