
Cinzia Canzian is behind this sparkling red wine that hails from the northern part of the Conegliano and Valdobbiadene zone. The soils are chalky, rocky and full of minerals which contributes a structure to this dry wine. Made from Marzemino and a Pét-Nat that finished fermentation in bottle. Fermented with native yeasts. "Rubin red with cloudiness, blackened toenail. Violet, raspberries, wild strawberries, mature blueberries, mace, rose petal. Sapid, persistent. Drink it with somebody intriguing."
