A near perfect growing season in 2007 produced even ripening with incredibly deep flavors in all three varietals. Owner Peter Thompson and Consulting Winemaker John Gibson once again crafted a wine featuring rich red fruit with highlights of raspberry, red currant, Bing cherry, augmented with notes of mocha and tobacco, all while maintaining ideal balance between fruit, acid and tannin.
