The Schioppettino DOC Vigne Orsone di Bastianich is announced in the glass of a pale ruby red color. The nose releases clear hints of red berries combined with notes of dark spices including black pepper. On the palate it is fresh and round, with strong but well integrated tannins and a pleasantly spicy finish. At the table it goes well with cured meats and semi-aged cheeses and simple and straightforward land recipes based on white meats, red meats or feathered game.
