
Tasting: Soft dry (6 to 7 g / l residual sugar) with a brilliant color with very pale yellow reflections. The nose presents notes of citrus fruits (grapefruit) then white fruits (vine peach) upon aeration. The mouth is round with a fresh finish where the minerality will be accentuated within two years.
