"Cuvée des Cendres" means "Bottling of the Ashes", and is an homage to the disastrous 2020 fires in Napa. Coming entirely from a single vineyard in Paso Robles, this rosé shows abundant red fruit, especially strawberry and cranberry, with just a hint of cream. The finish is long, fresh, and fruity, with excellent acidity. This is great on its own, or with your grilled bbq meals!
