100% Glera. Caneva da Nani is located in the hilltop village of Guia in the Valdobbiadene of the Veneto. The Canello family has been growing grapes in these mountains for five generations and the farm is six hectares, tiny by most industrial scale measures in the region, and all agriculture is organic. Col Fondo is a historical style that is the same as a pét-nat, refermented in the bottle, and this one is all floral and minerality.
