The wine is presented in the glass with an amber color with golden reflections, light and crystalline. The nose opens up to a series of dried fruit aromas (dates, figs, sultanas and apricots) with a final note of vanilla. In the mouth, sweetness is not strong, thanks to freshness and taste. Long finish. Malvasia goes very well with dry cakes, but also with cream or jam tarts. It could be enjoyed alone or with blue, mature or spicy cheeses. Malvasia delle Lipari 95%, Corinto Nero 5%.
