Its color is straw yellow, slightly amber. The aroma is elegant, pronounced and varietal. In the mouth it is lean, well-orchestrated and rounded.  It goes well with fish based dishes, light starters and first course dishes, and perfectly complements semi-mature cheeses and charcuterie.
