2017 Alexandre Lamblot, Dissonance, Brut Nature, Vrigny. Dissonance is only made in selected vintages and in 2017 is 70% Pinot Meunier and 30% Chardonnay from older parcels in Vrigny and Chenay, Fermentation takes place in small casks and foudres, no malolactic fermentation and is subsequently left on the lees for 3 years. Dissonance is bottled without sulfur and dosage.
