This gorgeous sparkler was vinified in oak barrels without malolactic fermentation. It was aged in oak barrels for 10 months and then sur lattes in bottle for 24-30 months. Zero dosage, The wine is intense, zippy, round, and vibrant with a persistent mousse, and a driving minerality. Sophisticated flavors of chalk, brioche, cranberry, red currant, strawberry, mint, and white pepper abound.
