This brut cuvée comes from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger, made solely with grand cru Chardonnay. The blend is usually of 2-3 vintages. The wine goes through 100% malolactic fermentation, then rests en tirage for 36 months. Finesse plays a lead role here, finished with a light dosage of 8 grams per liter. It possesses an elegance and vivacity that will allow for myriad pairings but is particularly appreciated as an apéritif.
