Based in the village of Ludes in the Montagne de Reims, this family owned producer crafts pure and terroir reflective cuvées, with a focus on sustainability and organics. Translating to ‘instant’, the vintage Instantanée cuvée has been produced annually, since 1995, to showcase a ‘snapshot’ of each year, highlighting the unique character of each year along with the work of the grower and winemaker. Blends of two grape varieties from the terroirs of Ludes and Rilly La Montagne, this vintage ages for six years in the cellars. An elegant nose with yellow fruits and citrus notes. Balanced and rich in the mouth with a long finish. Long palate, low dosage, fine and mineral. 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier.
