All Meunier that spend 18 months on the lees, zero-dosage. After a few years of absence, Fac-Similé Rosé is back—one of the rarest and most cult-worthy wines in Prévost’s lineup. First made in 2007, this is essentially La Closerie Les Béguines (base 2016 with 20% reserve wine) with the addition of 10% Meunier red, sourced from a tiny, low-yielding section of the vineyard where fanleaf virus naturally limits vigor, producing tiny, intensely concentrated berries.
Vinified and aged exactly like La Closerie, the addition of Meunier red wine gives it a deeper dimension—vibrant red fruit, citrus zest, and floral lift, all carried by Prévost’s signature chalky grip and precise tension. With just 2.5 g/L dosage, it walks the line between power and finesse, finishing long, perfumed, and impossibly moreish. Cult wines don’t always live up to the hype—this one does. Pour it into a Burgundy glass alongside charcuterie, roast duck, or a salmon dish, and let it steal the show.
