70% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay, 10% still Pinot Noir. Made from vines in the village of Bethon, just south of Épernay, near the city of Sézanne in the department of the Marne. Clay and limestone soils. Fermented and aged in stainless steel. Aged on the lees for 21 months before release. The flavors of strawberry, raspberries, and wild currents are offset with the intricate, light flavors brought out by the Chardonnay.
