The blend is 62% Sémillon and 38% Sauvignon Blanc from fruit that was harvested on September 12th, 13th and 15th and paltry yields of just 17 hls/ha! The juice was fermented in French oak barrels, 25% of which were new, between September 14th and 29th. Aging in barrel then ran eight months. Just 3,600 bottles are being released to the trade worldwide. First ever release, very limited, first arrival in America.
