The nose was rich, showing ripe apple, pear, and melon, then turning to crushed flowers, exotic spices, and mineral wet stone. On the palate, I found silky almost oily textures, yet it seemed to hover weightlessly, displaying flavors of sweet apple, almond, hints of raw honey and inner florals tones. It finished long on minerals contrasted by a glycerol coating that seemed to melt from the senses. What a unique and thrilling wine.
