From: Fiefs Vendéens, Loire Valley, France. 50% Chenin Blanc, 50% Chardonnay. Light gold in color, the J. Mourat Collection Blanc displays aromas of zesty citrus, white flowers, pear, green apple, white peach, and a hint of grapefruit. These follow to the palate, where you'll also note flavors of Asian and d'Anjou pear. It's very dry and finishes with a lovely mineral, saline quality.
