Produced from 36 year old Sauvignon Blanc vines at Indian Springs Ranch in Kenwood, this site is planted on rolling hills comprised of alluvial soil. The juice is fermented and aged in 50% neutral French oak barrels and 50% stainless steel, the wine in barrel is aged on the lees for 6 months. These methods create a wine of balance, that has vibrant acidity complemented by texture from barrel fermentation and aging, which brings depth and complexity.
