The eye: The authenticity of the terroir is perceived through the golden color of this slightly aged Chardonnay. The slow and continuous emergence of its fine bubbles, translates the nobility of these recognized soils, carrying the racy aromas to your nose. The nose: Then comes the minerality with the emergence of flint but also the carnal side with a little taste of Viennese pastry. Gilles Lancelot magnifies this brioche sweetness with a subtle nose of lemon cream. The mouth: The palate confirms this terroir and our hopes. The Table Ronde reveals all its breadth, its slight vinosity attenuated by its salinity and its little side of “wet chalk”. The persistence of the aromas allows us to travel longer on this revealed terroir. 100% Chardonnay. Aged in chalk cellars for 36 months. Food Pairings – smoked salmon, oysters Rockefeller, sea bass, grilled chicken/pork.
