Raw natural sparkling wine, not dosed, made from chenin aged 45 years on average on sandy/flint soils on the surface & limestone bedrock. A beautiful pale yellow color with aromas or apple, pear and honey. On the palate, this natural sparkling wine is elegant with a long length and flavors of pear, apple and minerals.
