The rock content and sea minerals found in the soils of the Phoenix Vineyard create unique and haunting wines, worthy of a single vineyard designation. Perfumed and exotic, with high-toned red fruits and a lightness in the mid-palate that is contrasted by a long, firm, and structured finish. Great with standing rib roast or beef tenderloin, rich winter stews and braised lamb shank.
