Pere Mata’s “Cupada No. 29” is a Brut Nature Reserva Cava made from organically farmed Xarel·lo, Macabeu, and Parellada grown on limestone-rich soils in Penedès. Only the first press juice is used, fermented with native yeasts and aged 24–30 months on lees before disgorgement. With no dosage, the wine is crisp and mineral-driven, offering citrus, green apple, and herbal nuance. A structured, elegant grower Cava that evolves with each numbered release.
