This cuvée is vinified exclusively from Pinot Noirs grown on the “Les Mignottes” plot, an old Pinot Noir vineyard (planted in 1970) with ideal exposure on Bouzy’s south-facing slopes and low-yielding vines (35 hl/ha). Harvested at perfect maturity, the wine is then aged in oak barrels for 12 months with indigenous yeasts. A fruity, slightly spicy red wine.
