An ideal representation of the estate's Grand Cru vineyard sites. The blend consists of a part of each of the 56 parcels they possess in the villages of Le Mesnil, Oger, Avize and Cramant. Over 15 vintages (going back to 1988!) blended in to make up this cuvee. The blend spends 18 months in tank on fine lees before being bottled, where it spends at least another 3 years. The result is a complex expression of Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs, with a vibrant, chalky spine surrounded by layers of rich flavor - hazelnut, toffee, yellow. At once youthful and fresh, while containing those overlapping secondary, tertiary notes.
