he wine is made on pure Chenin blanc from 20-30 year old vines. The grapes are vinified in large 3-5-year-old oak wedges. Here, the wine stores the following 10 months, after which it is transferred to large underground tanks and lasts for another 4-8 months. It results in a fresh and juicy white wine with floral and honey notes, pure acid and a distinct mineral expression.
