This elegant Brut Rosé is 100% Pinot Noir, 90% of which is saignée, with the juice macerating on the skins overnight to give it that deep dark color. The dosage is 8g/L. It is a pretty Champagne with balanced notes of red fruits and a silky soft texture of fine mousse.
