Cutis is our skin contact chardonnay. Sourced from the organically farmed Royer vineyard in the Eola-Amity Hills, the wine fermented whole berry for 2 weeks, and was then aged in neutral french barrels for 16 months. . Due to the fires in 2020, it does have some smoke characteristics, but is still a balanced, delicious, high tension wine.
