The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon RSW comes from a steep, west-facing portion of the vineyard planted with head-trained To Kalon clone Cabernet. Elegant and restrained in the glass, the 2017 presents an intriguing array of dark cherry, plum, mocha, licorice, sage and lavender. The 2017 spent 22 months in oak, 2/3rds new.
